I have one of the newer (1 yr old) 32xx movement Rolexes and it keeps great time. Something like +1s/week if that. My other Rolex has the 31xx movement and is 30+ yrs old. and that's more like +10s/week. My new JLC Moon which cost more than both is more like -3s/day. While there have been some comments (from Bas, as I recall) that fewer 32XX movements seem to be in need of servicing, I am not aware of any specific determination of the cause of, much less the solution for, the problem. The 32xx is simply a bit weak on amplitude, even when it is in order.
